Coastal humidity drives moisture vapor up through unsealed slabs, causing surface spalling and pitting. Vinyl flake broadcast to refusal in a wet epoxy base, then sealed under polyaspartic top coats. Our internal warranty data shows full-flake systems last 15+ years vs 5–7 years for plain epoxy. Flake hides imperfections, adds traction, and gives the granite-like texture homeowners ask for. We stock 50+ flake blends.

40–60 mil systems engineered for forklift traffic and heavy chemical exposure. Compressive strength exceeds 25,000 PSI - well above the 4,000 PSI of typical concrete.
